How to Order

1. Drop us a line

Scroll through either the Leavers Hoodies page or the Trip Hoodies page, and then complete the form at the bottom with your initial choices.

If you can, please upload your school logo so we can show you an accurate mock up of how the hoodie will look.

If you’re really not sure, just give us a call on 0845 3885273.  One of our team will be happy to talk you through everything.

2. Design phase

We’ll reply to your initial request as soon as we can and send through the design and our quote.  Don’t worry, we’re happy to make amendments and adjustments to the design at this stage until you’re 100% happy.

We can also discuss things like whether, for example, you want any print on sleeves or further personalised with initials or full name.

3. Place your order

There are two ways we can do this.

  1. You can collate all the required information (names, initials etc.) in a spreadsheet and send it through with payment by the agreed deadline.We are happy to take payments by cheque, bank transfer of credit or debit card. If your order is being placed by your school or college on an official purchase order, we can also invoice directly on a 30 day account.
  2. We set up an online shop for your school so that students can order and pay for their own hoodies (minimum class size required for this option, please ask for details)

4. Delivery

We will deliver the hoodies on the agreed date after the order deadline is past.

Our prices always INCLUDE delivery and VAT. There are no hidden extras.
